In 1997 Claire Bohannan of Alburg, Vermont started Claire's Country Garden.

Claire makes pickles, relishes, jams, jellies, green tomato mincemeat, gift boxes and baskets.

Claire's Country Garden is listed with the Vermont Specialty Food Association.
